Madhav Sadhu is the Vice President for Data Engineering and Marketing Technologies at Tailored Brands, parent company for Men’s specialty apparel retailer such as The Men’s Wearhouse and Joseph A Bank. He is a Passionate Digital Leader with years of experience in building IT strategies and leading highly effective teams. In his 2 decades of IT tenure, he led multiple IT departments and has excellent breadth and depth knowledge of retail business.
In his current role at Tailored Brands, he is instrumental in modernizing their data strategy and helped democratize the data to meet the business demands. He is also revamping marketing technologies to be competitive in the market and be aligned with the companies’ long term strategy.
Prior to Joining Tailored Brands, he worked as an Engagement manager in Data and Analytics Consulting firm helping fortune 100 companies build their data and analytics strategies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and earned multiple certificates. He is also a frequent speaker at conferences. In his leisure time, he engages in community activities across Greater Houston Area.
