Compare Club was founded over 10 years ago and is one of the most successful personal finance businesses in Australia. We serve over 1 million Australians each year to help them find savings and better value across their financial products such as health insurance, life insurance, energy, home loans, car insurance, and more. Our mission at Compare Club is to make it easier for consumers to make the right purchasing decisions to get more value out of their budget and peace of mind throughout that process.

Snowflake acts as the powerhouse when it comes to deriving insights from our data. It allows us to combine all of our different data sources together. Snowflake integrates very well with all of our different tech stack, so we can expose our information to things like BI tools, martech platforms and back to our CRMs as well. We see Snowflake moving very quickly in enhancing its AI offerings and the capabilities that it's going to give our business, and we definitely see a lot of opportunities for us to leverage this moving forward, and that's something that really excites us.

We have hundreds of sales agents that are serving over a million members each year, and this involves a lot of different interactions, particularly over our phone channel. What we wanted to avoid was our members having to repeat the process and go through the same conversations that they may have had with a different sales adviser two months ago. The ability for us to leverage Cortex AI to really summarize our call transcripts and understand and extract customer needs, the preferences, and exactly what they were looking for in the previous interactions means that our sales advisers can give that more personalized one-to-one service and speed up that process for them when they come back to us again. We found that the speed at which we can get from data to insight has increased exponentially since we've moved onto Snowflake. Some of the reasons for this is because Snowflake takes away a lot of the manual management processes that typically come with your legacy databases or data warehouses.

Snowflake is so easy to use and manage that a lot of the time we don't actually need to even leverage the Snowflake support team. However, moving forward when we're actually coming up with those new use cases, we have full access to our technical experts at Snowflake as well as our account representatives that really help us to come up with those future ideas of what we should be exploring and what we can be utilizing moving forward. Snowflake's been a powerful enabler of our data strategy. It's provided the scalability and tools we need to deliver our data-powered solutions and insights that fuel our growth for our business.
