Prior to Hakkoda, Lee was Universal Music Group’s VP of Marketing Technology, overseeing the artist and labels’ direct-to-consumer channels. Lee recognized the need and value of bringing all customer data into a single system early on. Traditional Customer Data Platforms, however, failed to support Universal’s complex use cases, so Lee looked to a Composable CDP architecture that unlocked the rich data and extensibility of the modern Data Cloud.
