Tom Stuermer

Tom Stuermer is the Hypergrowth Lead for Accenture’s Data & AI business. In this role, Tom has P & Lresponsibility for the ecosystem-centric Data & AI business groups and ecosystem partnerships; and drives outcomes by delivering client value through innovation, selling via differentiated solutions, and accelerated hyper-growth scaling of those businesses.
Tom is recognized for his ability to successfully lead with innovative technologies by driving transformation through Data, AI and Cloud for clients seeking deeper and more sustainable change. His human-centric and innovative approach empowers leaders to transform at speed and apply innovation and agility.

Since joining Accenture in 1993, Tom has worked in widely varying industries from electronics and semiconductors to medical devices, telecoms, and software. Prior to his new role, he served as the global lead of the Accenture Google Business Group where he led the business to 10x growth and built a
market-leading practice that was recognized as Global Partner of the Year. Before this, Tom was the Global Ecosystem Director defining business strategy, generating + elevating strategic partnerships, and
developing the growth of the ecosystem sourcing business. Preceding that role, Tom was the Client Account Lead for several Communications and High-Tech clients – managing a portfolio of Accenture’s High-Tech clients in Silicon Valley.
