To deliver services, Snowflake Inc. (“Snowflake”) and its Affiliates may use third-party data processors (“Third-Party Sub-Processors”) and Snowflake Affiliates to process Customer Data. Capitalized terms not defined on this page have the meanings ascribed to them by the terms set forth in the Snowflake Terms of Service or the written agreement between you and Snowflake, as applicable (the “Agreement”).
By subscribing to receive updates about this page, you will be notified by email about changes to Snowflake’s Third-Party Sub-processors and Snowflake Affiliates that may be involved in processing your Customer Data.

How to subscribe to updates:
You must subscribe to receive email notification of updates to Third-Party Sub-processors and such Snowflake Affiliates by submitting (1) the email address for such notifications and (2) the full name of the legal entity on whose behalf you are subscribing. By submitting this information, you represent that you have all necessary rights to provide this information to Snowflake.
How can current Snowflake customers object to a new Sub-Processor?
If you are a current Snowflake customer, with a fully executed data processing agreement (“DPA”) in place with Snowflake, you may notify us of an objection to Snowflake’s use of a new Third-Party Sub-Processor used to process your Customer Data by sending such objection to [email protected] within twenty-eight (28) days after Snowflake’s notice of such new Third-Party Sub-Processor, or such other period of time as set forth in your DPA. Objections shall be handled as described in your DPA.
